New data for the knowledge of the Municipum Florentinum Iliberritanum suburb (Granada): the recent interventions on the Mondragones site

Abstract

The study of a site recently excavated in the suburbium of the old Florentia Iliberritana next to the Beiro river is presented. Its wide diachrony, which extends from the I AD up to the present time, helps us to define the historical discourse of an agglomeration whose entity we are going to analyze in this work. In addition to a domus, an oil press, structures linked to leisure as well as burial will be the object of study, providing a hitherto little explored vision of this place.
