Abstract

The Arruda dos Vinhos Archaeological Project (2013-2015) developed a global analysis of the occurrences dating to the 4th and 3rd millennium a.n.e. in this territory. The Moinho do Custódio site, identified in 2006, is the subject of a detailed analysis, with the limitations inherent in archeological surface materials collection. A brief analysis of the final Neolithic and Chalcolithic population settlement models is presented, comparing the Arruda dos Vinhos data with the Lisbon Peninsula panorama.
