Abstract

We focus our attention on the alabaster vessels that have appeared so far in both the south of the Iberian Peninsula and the Carthage area throughout the 1st millennium BC. In order to do this, their main differences, similarities and chronological data are examined as well as the use given to these luxurious pieces in both areas.
